Cameron Hanley is 2009 Show Jumper of the Year

Cameron Hanley received the award in Kildare at the Show Jumper’s Club Awards Ball.

He finished 4th at the European Show Jumping Championship (Windsor) and has had some successful placings on the European circuit this year, as well as having represented Ireland on several Nations’ Cup teams.

Other Awards:

Darragh Kenny, was named rookie of the year, and Alex Duffy was named young rider of the year.

Special awards were given to 16-year-old Kellie Allen for her European pony individual gold medal achievement at Moorsele, Belgium in August, and also to to the Irish Pony European team for achieving their Silver Medal.
